Location of our company is at Semambu Industrial Area.

2.3 FACTOR OF CHOOSING LOCATION

Semambu Industrial Area is located at Kuantan, Pahang. The industry in Semambu consist of light industrial and moderate industrial such as food factory, palm oil, plastic and heavy vehicles. The rapid development of Kuantan Town gives advantages to generate the socio-economic in Semambu Industrial Area. The rapid development will result the high demand in socio-economic to the public.

Semambu Industrial Area is also one of the industrial areas that have the rapid development in Pahang. This location is important for improvement of public assets and utility for the future development especially for Kuantan District. This is because the Kuantan District is included in the East Coast Economic Region (ECER) program for the development of economic sector in October 2007. According to ECER, the government need to prepared for facilitate the implementation of the projects spanning transportation, infrastructure development, tourism, education, manufacturing, oil and gas industries and agriculture. All the elements was influenced us to choose Semambu as our company location.
